Provide Short term mine plan considering

• Equipment availability and capacities
• Product requirement
• Geological resources and structures – Update LOM strategic plan (Daily and weekly)
• Underground visit to monitor plan compliance
• Update Mine design as per requirement by Mining, Geology or Geotech
• Weekly schedule forecast based on Survey faces and updated Resource
• Reconcile Geology, Survey and Processing
• Update mine planning model with financials
• Compile daily production stats by consolidating Mining, Processing, Control

Technical services manager

• Co-ordinate and manage technical department to deliver requirements of Mine planning and technical services
• Engage with Senior and Line Management on all mining technical and productivity requirements and short, medium and long term planning
• Engage with Line Managers on planning, productivity and KPI’s
• Engage Line Managers to ensure mining legal compliance
• Engage safety department (reviewing of COPS and SPI’s)
• Assist with planning, scheduling, costing and monitoring of compliance on projects
